Returns are accepted for store credit only

All returns must be returned in 20 days from the purchase date

Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged

Holiday Items are FINAL SALE (this includes 4th of July, Memorial Day, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, ect.)

All merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition with tags still attached. If any items have damage, stains, makeup, and/or deodorant, you WILL NOT be given store credit.

All custom merchandise is FINAL SALE

Return shipping fees are to covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Cal and Creu will pay for the return shipping
Shipping
In stock items are shipped out within 7-14 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. Custom pieces may take up to 30 days to ship. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Shipping will not be refunded.
